Nicole October
I was born in Guyana in South American. I Graduated High School at 15 years old. I migrated to the USA in April of 1988. Started working on my third day here and still doing so. I lived in New Jersey for a few years whiles working in New York. I moved to Michigan in 1996 and still here. In 2005 I Graduated from Marygrove College with a BA with a Minor in Art History and a Concentration in Photography which is my Passion and True Love. And while I was at college some of my classmates and I were invited to display a few pieces of our works for a few weeks at the Governor’s office when Jennifer Granholm was there. I also had pictures shown and sold at the Lawrence Street Gallery. And when the Michigan State Fair was still going, I got to display some of my photos and won some Honorable mentions.
